No WordPress needed
Whatever your site needs to do, I write specifically for it. That way it does not need WordPress or any other ready-made CMS and its plugins. Fewer third-party parts mean less to attack and less that can go out of date.
From the first conversation to after launch: this is how your site comes about, and this is the part AI plays in it. AI widens what is possible in design, copy and code. A person decides what ends up on your site.
Listen
What should your site achieve?
In the first call we settle the goal, the audience and the tone: who do you want to reach, and what should a visitor do after seeing your site? I ask these questions myself, in person or by video. Your answers become the brief for everything that follows.
Design
Several directions instead of one.
With AI I explore more possibilities than a single draft could ever show: structure, imagery, tone of voice. I select, discard and refine until one direction suits you. You only see what holds up, and you have your say.
Build
Clean code, no clutter.
Your site is built without a site builder and without a template, block by block, to fit your content. AI helps write the code, and I check every line. Automated tests check load time, readability and discoverability before anything goes live.
Support
One point of contact who knows your site.
I put your site online, submit it to Google and check that Google has indexed it. After that you keep a direct line to me: you write, I take care of it. No ticket system, no waiting on hold.

Nothing starts from a template your content has to fit into. Structure and design grow out of what you offer, so your site looks like your business and not like a thousand others.
Every line has a purpose, nothing is loaded just in case. Your site loads quickly, even on a phone over mobile data, and that is exactly what visitors and Google reward.
Every section is built for your content, such as a film index with filters, as on nwspirits.com. That way your offer takes the shape it needs, instead of bending to fit ready-made boxes.
If you want to manage content yourself, I add an editing area that fits your site exactly. You only see the fields you actually need.
Individual titles and descriptions, structured data for Google and AI search tools, short load times, all checked automatically. As far as the scope of your project allows, I make full use of these possibilities.
AI is a tool in experienced hands: judgement and responsibility stay with a person.
I use it where it makes the result better, and I check everything it suggests. This site was made the same way: without a site builder, without WordPress, with blocks made to measure.
Not on its own. What your site says comes from our conversation: your offer, your experience, the way you speak. AI helps me explore and sharpen the wording. Every sentence crosses my desk, and nothing is published until you have approved it.
You do, with my recommendation. With AI I explore several directions, drop what does not hold up and show you what suits your business. AI supplies options, a person makes the decision.
No. A website does not need WordPress or any other ready-made CMS. Without one there are no plugins constantly demanding updates, and far less to attack. If you want to manage content yourself, your site gets its own editing area that fits it exactly.
For content, in two ways: with your own editing area you update text and images yourself, or you write to me and I make the change. On the technical side, a site built on custom code needs no plugin updates, and after every change the automated tests check load time, readability and discoverability again.
